Hi, this is my company's website. It has valid HTML and CSS. Could you please comment on the layout/design overall? Thank you!

Very nice design, is it your own or a template?
The certification images rollover effect is a bit jumpy.

There are a lot of Diagonal Scan Lines! Other than the jumpy links, it's a nice site!

Thanks,
Ed.

Re: SimDex - Technology Consulting

Nice It's good to see valid HTML and CSS! Now not to go and spoil it but the next step would be to go Strict

It's a good looking site, most importantly the graphics! It really does make or break a site. Perhaps a bit 'texty' for the front page? The content is great, everything on that page is useful to me.

Just an opinion, but what about swapping 'What we do' with 'latest news'?

This is the homepage, and it's got to hit me straight off what exactly you do. For a new visitor, this is more important to me than your latest news, and for a good few seconds it was unclear what exactly you did do!

Plus as much as I love the icons and clear, concise layout of what you do, perhaps something first that clearly initiates that you are a web design / technology services business?

One more thing, a lot of the hover effects seem to involve additional margins, padding or borders, which shifts the neighbours around a bit. Maybe just me, but I like things put. EDIT: Looks like I'm not alone

That's just my opinion. Either way, nice site

Yeah man, Go strict if you can. Also, those links ar jarring because they have too much of a hover effect. I would say the colour change of the bottom border is sufficient. Don't make the whole tab change colour.
