This is definitely a step in the right direction! No offense, but your first attempts were terrible. Reminded me of some 1940's TV Program!
This is 200% improvement.
A lot of people hate the "web 2.0" trend - but it's the way things are going.
Maybe polish this logo up a bit, etc - not the best but still very good.
