323,000 isn't that bad. It's achievable.
Here's my rough estimation of difficulty versus number of search results. This is based on little experience, so take it with a pinch of salt:
- 1000 results -- easy, but completely obscure
- 10,000 results -- should be easy, but still obscure
- 100,000 results -- you need something pretty good
- 1000,000 results -- hard, but worth it if you can
- 10,000,000 results -- you'd better be damn good. You stand to make good money from this
- 100,000,000 results -- you're dreaming
- 1,000,000,000 results -- I will bow down and worship you
Of course, the number of results is only a
very crude indication of the competition for your keywords.
Bizarrely, the competition is lower for "florida villas". This is great news for you, because it suggests you have a decent chance of ranking well.
Make sure your keywords actually appear in your content. Try to provide some content that people actually want -- perhaps some free advice, or a travel guide, or whatever. You need inbound links from relevant sites.
Ultimately, it's about creating a site and promoting it, just like any other product.
Also make sure your keywords appear in important page elements such as headings (<h1>, <h2>).
Check out your competitors. What do they do well? What do they do
badly? How can you do better?
