Ive done the most of it, Login, Registration, Email Activation Design & Layout.


I need help from a PHP Pro to fill in the blanks, create the pages and a small simple forum.

Ive got most of it done (From a past project) it just needs touching up, minor bug fixes and SECURITY FIXES.
