Unbelievable. I found a (Windows Only) program that claims to do what the video shows. I have not tested it yet. http://www.peterw.000webhost.com/resizor/

WOW! I stand in awe. I do a lot of image analysis and filter programming.... and that's some pretty cool stuff!!! I was mesmerized for four whole minutes!!!!

 Adobe have hired one of the guys who was involved with that, rumour is that Photoshop CS4 will be able to do that.
