Re: terms and conditions
Yee i was thinking if you did a poll or something, not many people would!...I dont, i know i should............i think there should be a common standard, where a summary of the terms of conditions concerning the 'consumer' - you is provided in an easy to view format. What do you think? Because especially with this consumer rights issue going on at the moment and likely to be as long as the internet is around.

Re: terms and conditions
It depends on which company it is for, if a medium company I am familiar with (i.e. phone company / gas, etc) I usually skip read them, looking for bits that stand out or just don't sound right.
If it's a company like amazon et al, I just accept them. However, if it's a company theat I have never dealt with before, I usually read enough to be satisfied that my data is going to be OK.

I usually try to do a quick review before signing up. Just to make sure they will not have complete control of my life, the universe and everything.

Re: terms and conditions
Whenever I am about to make use of some free service for commercial motives, I always double read the Terms of Use! It can save you a lot money and trouble!
TOS / TOU is an excellent shield on the web. So the service provider as well as the one who avails the service should know best about the terms(and loopholes :P)
