Sorry Simon, without being rude, I would say you should not be blogging about
SEO at all with the pure state of your code and "randomly inserted metatags" and ninja'in content from other sites.
Infact Id class your website as hard to read the links down the righthand side are totally unreadable.
I cant f***in belive how you got the code so f**** up in wordpress it is so beyond me... It makes me question if you know what your doing at all...
