web design

hey im making a website for a magazine type of thing and i need some creativity help. i kinda have the basic thing of the page but i dont know how to organize it together. anyone know any nice magzine web sites that i could get some ideas from?

Not neccessarily(sp?) magazine sites, but CSS Mania has loads of sites to give you ideas, always works for me

You could also just google magazine sites. Obviously you can't copy a design exactly, I like to mish and mash the best bits from each

I agree with jack, get lots of ideas from similar sites, but do not try to rip off a site, it will be spotted

But using a modified version of Site A's nav bar, and modified version of Site B's home page etc is a good way to create a totally unique site

and CSSmania and CSSZengarden are also great places to check out

Cool website about css, I'm not good at this but I'm trying to learn as much as possible for the sake of good design and quality
