You can actually get dreamweaver to work.. I have a laptop with a dual window/ubuntu loader.

You need to have windows and ubuntu on the same computer (partitioned drive) and then you can download WINE (WINE Is Not an Emulator) that will allow you to run all the programs on the windows partition (some more glitchy than others)..

Dreamweaver works okay though.
