hey guys thanks for the response think it went a lil off topic . However I have managed to make a link in the tabs to open a different tab. here.

Just stuck on tryin to open up a different tab from a different subpage im guessing its all java script. Any ideas on how to do this. What i want do is have a page on something random and i have a link on that page to open the contact tab on my index. thats a bit of a head f**k for me so any help would be appreciated. cheers
