I decided to make this design as simple as possible.

I'm still having a little bit of trouble here though.

I'd like to move the text portion 'up' a little bit, but I'm not sure how.

I'd also like to move the links to be placed a little left more, and in line with the header.

Is my code decent? Are there any errors, optimization tricks or such that I'm missing?
