Hi
What I need to do is have a link on a web page so that people can email the site to a friend. Does anyone know how it is done?

Yup, mailto: is one answer... But if you want to make it more elaborate, you can use ASP, explained in this tutorial.

I know this is probably going a little too far for what you are asking but you could also use PHP which is usually the preferred method since your probably going to be on a server the supports PHP.

Eesh people, he only wants a little button not how to use complicated scripts in every language under the sun
 p.s. if you are putting an email into your html encrypt here so it doesn't get spammed by bots

Alex, thanks for that link about the encrypted emails! I don't need it though since I never use mailto. I always use a form on my websites that the user can fill out, and submit, sending the data to my email...
