I like it quite a bit. The only thing I'd work on is making the needle more obvious. Even with the text, I had to second guess what it was and peer more closely at my monitor.
Could be that I'm a little dumb today too, so I'd ask others if it's obvious.

Yes, that was a problem. We couldn't make the syringe any bigger it didn't look right when we tired. I guess I need a picture that is zoomed in.

Any worth in having the needle at a diagonal.... that way you can probabally more easily make it bigger and it will be more noticable.
Just a thought!
