Sorry... I have to be quite harsh... This site.. pop-ups (fortunately blocked by my browser), annoying ads on the top, the only actual content is way down the page, and what is the search doing there?? Not very nice.
The actual design within the black area is quite ok, but get rid of the ads on the top, and the pop-up please

That thing that follows the cursor is soo annoying, get rid of that and also the ads like ITG suggested.

well it's hard to judge it properly
if you are willing to pay little money you can get rid of the ads.

if money is stil tight, things you could try is using a free host such as tripod, yes they have ads but not in annoying boxes that stay at the top of your screen.
also, the image of the car at the top of the screen seems to be stretched, not a good look. apart from that, (from a sort of newbies pov), this seems a good site, keep up the good work  and dont let anything make you give up, a mistake is only a mistake if you dont learn from it
