Re: test web site in multi ie ver

From a quick spot of research, your best bet is to try out Microsoft's Virtual PC. This would enable you to simulate XP on Vista. You could then try running IE6 standalone (download at eVolt.org)

Important Notes:
  • Sometimes IE5, IE5.5 and IE6 crash unexpectedly.
  • The installer isn't working under Windows Vista. Mike posted a howto in the comments for running IE6 in Vista.
  • Read the comments before asking questions. Most of the issues have been discussed below.
  • Microsoft supplemental EULA says : IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID EULA FOR ANY "OS PRODUCT", YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO INSTALL, COPY, OR OTHERWISE USE THE OS COMPONENTS AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS UNDER THIS SUPPLEMENTAL EULA.
It won't work in vista!

I agree with you Alex, I don't think that people still use IE5 anymore.

Re: test web site in multi ie ver

Yup, but you should still test for IE6 if possible in Vista.
