[SOLVED] pop up window on homepage

I am after a pop up that opens when the website is clicked on.

Myself personally i do not like pop ups, but its been requested.

Its more for staff to take note on pressing topics.

Can anyone help.

Wicked just what i was after.

Like how you can use "Only once per browser session"

it links up a selected URL is there any way of linking an image
