Well, I'll be blunt and say that for a company name like "3 steps ahead" you are pretty much "3 steps behind" in the design world.
That logo look like it was done in the 70s The colors are just ... awful. Have a look at COLORLovers or kuler for some great color palettes. Nice try with the "disabling of the right-click" but that didn't work  I love my firefox and the web dev add-on  took me all but 1 second to bypass that. What have you go to hide in the source anyways?Loose the table it ain't for layouts it's for data - Resources for learning how to use CSS for layout What are the bike images for?!  It's very confusing. When scanning the page, I thought you were developing technologies for bikers like jerseys or hats or something but when I read the first paragraph, you're a web dev company Yeah .... confusing.Last edited by karinne; Nov 8th, 2007 at 17:54.

Karinne covered pretty much everything but the hover effect on the nav is just stupid.
Bikes for web dev? I see no connection whatsoever!

WOW! I expect alot more from a Designer!!
No offence but i reckon that someone could make this website using a WYSIWYG editor. You are using TABLES.. As Karinne pointed out, these are for data, not layout! You obviously dont know what SEO is or what it is about because you are not using any Header tags (H1, H2, etc.). You also have 153 validation ERRORS at Transitional level! You as a Web Designer/Software Developer should be using a Strict doctype! Transitional is for learners. Overall i think your company's name is a little disbelieving, in fact, i feel that 3 Steps Behind Technology would be a little more believing!
