Web Host looking for Web Designers

Hello there,

I'm not going to copy and paste our about us page, you can have a look at that yourself.

Basically, we've started making a profit and we're looking at hiring some web designers.

When one of our customers applies for some web design, we want to be able to serve them.

But, our attempts at templates are quite amaturish, and basically we're trying to concentrate our power on providing a hosting service, so...

We're looking for several contacts that will work for us on an pay/per/unit basis.

We will take a description of work to be carried out and we will then pass it on to you. You will then need to tell us whether you can undertake the work. You will then, (if you accept) be put in touch with the client. You will then make the unit they require and will then submit the work to us.

We will then supply them with screenshots of the work and ask for payment. After we recieve payment we will pay you for the work.

I expect all employees to have experiance in:

• HTML
• CSS
• PHP would be an advantage (more work)
• mySQL would be an advantage (more work)

We will only be taking a very small percentage to pay for administration.

You will be provided with a 'Designer' status on our new forums.

You must:

• Be fluent in the english language
• Be available to work to a satisfactory standard, i.e. 10 hours a week
• Have two or more existing websites in a portfolio for examination.
