[SOLVED] Is something missing?

Hey, some reason my code doesn't show correctly when it loads on the page, lol... I think i did somethign to it and it no longer works correctly. Can someone try to figure out what's wrong? i've looked but cannot see it..

Looks screwed up in IE7

Tried validating and got this error

Also I would suggest making a backup of the working site before you change and save any code in case errors occur. That way you can restore any changes
