new idea/site

Long time no see..I am finally back here!
Good thing I subscribed to the newsletter, the admin normally mail me so it reminds me of the site.

Anyway...upon my new site I have for several months now. I don't consider it as a failure site unlike my other sites:/
It as many hits, and on any related search about the site, it comes up number 1 on Google list. The fact is there are better sites than it, yet it beats them
Why I consider it a failure is because, I havn't earned a single penny!
I havn't even updated it for 4-5months since:/



Anyway...me and my friend aired our sites, his was a gaming clan site, but went wrong.


Now we both wanna partnership and come up with a great site that will earn us money and hits.
I don't really care if I don't earn money, as long as people visit the site all the time.

I can't think of any...ANY site to come up with!
If you have any idea, please let me know.

The fact is I signed up for a year's host...I am not really into all the hosting. I wanna use this up.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but why would someone come up with a great idea to just give it to you?
If you have an idea then great, but don't ask people to do it for you.
Why not just update your site, or extend it to the new one?

A high Google rank for your own site name is worthless. You need to rank highly for terms that people are actually interested in. For example, my site badmintonbible.com ranks #1 for the search "badminton bible" -- but that is a useless ranking: no-one will search for "badminton bible"!

On the other hand, I have an article that ranks #2 for "badminton grip". That's much better. Ideally, however, I would like my site to rank #1 for "badminton".

If you want to earn money, you need a plan. If you can make a website that attracts lots of traffic, then advertising can be lucrative. Otherwise, you need to sell products or services.

Ultimately, the question is this: what can you offer that people want? If you can't answer that question, you have no chance of making money on the web.

Yes I said I want a site..but if you read the whole post carefully! You will notice, at the end, my AIM was to get a site, it doesn't matter if I get money! I suppose you missed that part

I said "Related Search About my site" That doesn't mean the name of my site. Related as in, details and words available in my site.
My site is called XboxSoftmod. Its about softmodding the Xbox, adding Unleaseh X and different dashboard.
If I search Xbox Softmod, it comes up as number one. Or search for Xbox Softmodding, nor XBMC, Unleash X etc

I was waiting for a reply yesterday, 9 views, no one replied. Because it doesn't interest them and they don't have an answer. But people like you, come in and have your say. Sometimes people don't want any advice or good and bad, they expect a straight answer about their question!

I have made different sites before, so I know about this things.
I recently made a site, which I know did good, however I am not making money out of it, plus I want to move on to something els, away from Xbox Softmodding.
I can't think of any idea for the site.

Yes if its about making money, then that's ripping off. Because the person gave me idea how to make money, and I am there earning the money.
