div in table row overlap
i have a dynamic page using asp.net and to get correct formatting i combined div and table as required. suddenly i come to this page format
where the div overlap the maximum table height  see arrow on the right.

Pardon, but none of that post made any sense to me!

please refer to the above image where the arrow is pointing. you will notice that the textbox overlap the maximum table height.

From my experience, this would be your content div height.
Try set the div {height: auto}
