Thumbs down HTML / div Problem

I've been developing a simple HTML site with alot of divs, but come across a problem I just can't sort out. On this page: http://www.freewebs.com/tauntingdaddy/about.html

the right column doesnt stretch with the amount of text so it goes over at the bottom. (Sorry, its quite hard to explain, hopefully it will make sense when you look at it)

How do I make that collumn stretch with the content thats put into it?

If this doesnt make sense just say and ill try and explain better, also if you need to look at the code I can do that.

Thanks peeps!

Re: HTML / div Problem

Yeah, I hadn't got to that yet, just wanted to get the layout bit sorted first, then validate it once i'd done that.

Can you help? Please

Re: HTML / div Problem

You should actually validate while you are create your site ... right now ... there are a bunch of errors because you are using deprecated elements and attributes. If you don't fix those now, you'll be re-doing the whole things later one.

Re: HTML / div Problem

I understand that, I really do. I just came on here to ask how to fix that bit though, is it something to do with my style sheets and the divs or somewhere else?

Re: HTML / div Problem

Remove the height from your #rightcolumn div

and if you want the left and right columns to have the same height, use the faux column method.
