A problem
I intend to rent a server abroad and built an above English website, because I have tired of Chinese websites, before I settle the server, I would like to rent a server come from Globat, how do you feel the service of Globat company ?

If you are english based I reccommend going for a english host.

Globat seems to oversell its products/plans and I am always suspicious of companies that offer things they cannot deliver.
I recommend you search around their forums to see how they treat their customers and how quickly they answer issues. Also look around at what customers are saying in other places. I wouldn't recommend using review sites though as these are sometimes rigged

I'm renting my server in the United Kingdom and speeds here are nice
 Uptime is also very good. Check it out if you are interested in having your site hosted in the UK
