Fingerless Button

I have heard of it, but how is it accomplished?
When you roll over it, it keeps the pointer cursor.

What I am trying to do is use a MC that when you rollover it a controller appears in the corner.
Do I convert the MC to a button, or is it a different way? I figured it was along the lines of an animated button, but no button finger, unless you rollover the controller that appears.

Skip intro. Click on Interrior Design link on right side.
Click on a thumbnail that appears on bottom left.
This will bring upp an animation, photos.
When you rollover the animation a controller appears on it (reverse, stop, play).
When you rollover the animation the controller appears, but there isnt a finger like a button has. I think they used "useHandCursor" script.

But how do I get the controller to appear?

don't quote me on this,
but i think it's just a movie clip (the pop up thing)
which is called on the onClick event.
and you can drag it by using the drag command.
Our flash expert will probably be able to tell you more
