These are most likley vector images created in fireworks and imported into flash as vector images.

The reflections were most likely all hand done on each of the sections using fireworks.

As for the "blur" of the background images, that is done using AS.

The "3D" look, is easily accomplished just by resizing those movieclips or images...to give the effect of 3D, but really - there isn't anything 3D about it.
