flash to pdf

okay im at work and there is an arguement (not really big one just things getting sent left right and centre) between us and the people developing a website for us.

Basically it uses flash to design a business card for this instance lets say its one of the preset templates.

So there is a background and certain places to put your details. name num etc. etc.

the customer uses text fields to input the information and purchases and it gets sent to us. we print then send to them.

The piece of the puzzle missing is the format. We would LOVE to have it come in pdf format then use imposition tool to set up for print rather than waste artwork time.

so the customer sees a low res jpg on screen, the text then gets put onto a high res jpg and then sent to us. is there a way so that this can be a PDF were the text is not part of the image?

It would probably have to be converted from a .jpg to a .pdf on the backend using php/asp I would guess...never done this before though.

but the type isn't embedded need the type embedded if not it tends to spread when it gets put through the press.
