I think it's just a photoshop effect.
that has been imported into flash. Do you have photoshop ?

yes i have!
And i have done a try, but when i resize the movie the reflection gos to pixelation... this is a vector reflection! I can try with illustrator ... but the movies?! how can they reflect?

These are most likley vector images created in fireworks and imported into flash as vector images.
The reflections were most likely all hand done on each of the sections using fireworks. As for the "blur" of the background images, that is done using AS. The "3D" look, is easily accomplished just by resizing those movieclips or images...to give the effect of 3D, but really - there isn't anything 3D about it.
