external js

does anyone use this way:
<link type="text/javascript" href="plguins.js" />

or does that not work?

I've always done js like so:
HTML: Select all
 <script type="text/javascript" src="toggle.js"></script>

You can't really rely on that then as a lot of users are starting to use Firefox
