Andy... Please don't say a company sucks when you have never been (if you have without saying why) with them. I have and i was impressed with their hosing. The only complaint i had was the technical support it took a day to respond.

I was only on a shared package and therefore would more than likely be put further back the 'priority' but a dedicated server would be at the top.
