I wanna say hello to everyone on this site firstly!!!!!!

I have an urgent quiery!!!
my htmls are failing to show on my web page! i think there's something wrong with my computer!!!
is there anything u suggest i do? am i doing something wrong? is there someway my computer can block htmls?? is there a way i can unblock them?? please help!!!!!
p.s. after browsing through the forums i find that most of you are very computer wise!!! However im just a learner!! so if you could please dumb things down for me as you kindly respond! thankyou!!!!!!
