This is a perfect point! I know you already decided that you were going to put it in text at the bottom.

General comment: We need to keep our audience in mind when designing a site, if we start putting non-related or inappropriate information our visitors are likely to go elsewhere to find their information. Too often we design a site for us and not for them. When in fact we need to design the site for them using 'US' (meaning our ideas, designs, etc..). Ahhh the tender balance :-D --- thanks Sypher, excellent reminder.
