Re: css validation icon

All you would need to do is upload a graphic to your site and then reference that image in as your link. Feel free to use one I use. (attached image)

Re: css validation icon

Thanks DSMag

sypher- Good point. Maybe I could just use plain text then, in the footer? Something subtle. How about that?

This is a perfect point! I know you already decided that you were going to put it in text at the bottom.

General comment: We need to keep our audience in mind when designing a site, if we start putting non-related or inappropriate information our visitors are likely to go elsewhere to find their information. Too often we design a site for us and not for them. When in fact we need to design the site for them using 'US' (meaning our ideas, designs, etc..). Ahhh the tender balance :-D --- thanks Sypher, excellent reminder.

They have always given me the code:
HTML: Select all
<p>
<a href="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/">
<img style="border:0;width:88px;height:31px"
src="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/images/vcss"
alt="Valid CSS!">
</a>
</p>
It is located right under

To show your readers that you've taken the care to create an interoperable Web page, you may display this icon on any page that validates. Here is the HTML you could use to add this icon to your Web page:
