24/7 connectivity?

Although computers, the internet, web design etc are all part of our lifes no matter what. I just feel its important to mention here that there is a world outside of a computer screen. Its important to keep yourself active, get some fresh air now and again. So to those stuck on a computer all day every day. Choose a time to stop, go for a run or something and try n stay healthy!

Absolutely agree. There is more to life than a computer screen. You just need to know when enough is enough. And for some people that is very hard to do. I have a warning point I always follow. If I go back and look at a site more than 3 times in a row...I am off the computer! Works every time!!

What do you do for fun away from the computer goldy, Karinne, Sara?

I love to ride my horses and just frankly be outside with them...
I love to watch my kids play sports, walk, swim...
I do one of those everyday!

Well ... I try to keep up with my monster

I play soccer so ... that get me out and Alex loves soccer too so that's nice. Just anything outside ... when it's rainy or really hot, we just draw or whatever Alex finds interesting in that moment

How true, sometimes I feel like I'm on the computer 24/7, except for the 2 or 3 hours that I sleep!

Away from the screen my bestest thing is to take my kids to the beach, we have lots of nice beaches in Kent, our nearest one is only 10 mins away - we like to jump waves, build sandcastles, dig big holes, and go rockpooling. Not so much in the winter though!

Well i go running, play football (soccer) about 3 times a week.... and il back back at uni soon go out with friends etc.
Just good to get away from the screens now n again

Work is telcom consultant...

Off time....work in my sisters book store or making bobbin lace....

Some Days i can set in front of the pc for hours and work loads.

Overs i can sit there and get bored.

I can really only sit on the PC after i have been doing somthing outside like playing football (soccer) or Golf without getting bored. I dont know why.
