Newbie help

I'm making a flash intro for my site. First I have all the layers move into place, including a button. I change the button to goto frame 16 like (I think) your supposed to do. My problem is, it isn't stopping at the button frame. The stupid tutorials that came with flash suck and aren't helping me at all!

I tried that. Nothing changed. I have since given up, and I found a tutorial on the net.

lol, that is a very good point  . As I am learning CSS, ASP, and ActionScript I catch myself writing all kinds of mixed and matched code, lol. But that's why we debug.

Yeah, I've been doing this for like 3 weeks now and I have learned HTML, CSS, a little javascript(and the basic rules behind it..I'm confident I could produce any code I need without too much hassle) and beginning Flash. So things are bound to get messed up.
