animated hover text affect
I am in the process of making a new layout. For my navigation I want to make my links be moving like, moving water, and then when hovered or clicked, I want it to have a water drop and dissolve effect.. is there any tuts or suggestions or help that someone to give me? Any help suggestions is appreciated... Thanks in advanced..

May I suggest two things. Firstly, check out www.flashkit.com . They've got loads of free effects, movies, sound fx, loops etc for you to use in your projects. That's how I got all my cool music that everybody loves on my site. Be sure that you only use freeware stuff, and most of it is, unless of course you want to pay or whatever. I definitely remember a very realistic water ripple effect on there. And "water ripple" would be a good search term! If, however, you are after a more simple cartoony ripple effect check out this cool health & fitness site:
www.ukido.com/store.html The other place to go is to the macromedia extensions libraries on their site www.macromedia.com . They also have stuff like that to download. Lots of text effects.
