Angry website error...HELP?

My website says...."forbidden"...
I have been trying endlessly to enter this site this is the 1st time it happened and suddenly....so any kind souls out there pls

It could be a mixture of things, most likely due to a problem on the server or your domain not properly configured.

are you trying to view the page on their server from another machine, or is it locally stored etc etc

can we have some better info?

am trying to view this website on my pc...so the thing is when I type out the url in my browser or just cut and paste the link in both IE and FIREFOX...
nothing shows but a page saying "forbidden...etc..etc"

What about pages inside? such as www.domain.com/about.html

Can you access the sita via FTP?

ok its not hosted by my machine whatsoever...
I am just a normal user trying to check out that website.

Anyway its for artistes some sort of like showcasing their works and forums.
I am one of the artist and I have no idea whats all this and I only want to just upload my works in there and thats it.

Its like u register and have your password and user id...stuffs like that

What may be happening is folder indexing is disabled.
Which means that if there is no index.html(or .htm,.php.asp etc) it will will forbid you access.

upload a file such as webforumz.html
