Looking for Multi-User Blog (I'm looking for some Specific Features)

Hello. I am new here and I found this place looking for a script on google. This placed looked promising to ask for help, so I signed up. Anyway...

I am opening a site for a bunch of my friends. And when I mean a multi-user blog, I mean that multiple users post on something that shows on one page... But there are TONS of free blog scripts out there, BUT there are specific features I'm looking for, and hopefully I can find this in a free script and not the one whose price I almost keeled over from viewing (200 BUCKS?!?) I'm mosting posting this here because I'd like to know if these featres are even POSSIBLE... in a free script.

• First Feature I'd like: Each user can customize the templace that shows when they post (or make it so the admin can make a customized one for each user, either based on status or user preferences)
• Second Feature: WYSIWYG Editor, almost the same in layout as the editor for posting here is
• Third Feature: Being able to filter out posts by author, but also a filtering by date (and possibly a search engine?)

Any help from you all would be most appriciated!

I'm sure one of those scripts well have what you want, at one point I was looking at setting something up like blogger, but quickly lost intrest lol.
