Hello, I hope I am posting this in the right place since this is probably a pretty basic question.
I want to make a simple globe where the map tweens over a blue globe, but I don't want the map to show outside of the globe. In Photoshop, I can achieve something like what I have in mind by selecting the globe, then using "Paste into" to get the map "inside" of the globe. Can anyone tell me a way to do somthing like this in Flash? Thanks for your time, ~alhen Last edited by alhen; Aug 6th, 2007 at 17:27. Reason: spacing |

Re: Paste Into (?)
You can use a mask in flash to hide all of the area except for the globe, then apply the map to the masked area and voila.
Google for using masks in flash for the basics, otherwise get started and post here if you have any questions!
