HELP!! The underscore hack

I have been designing my page in firefox. Then I looked at it in IE, the usual distortion was there, so I decided to use the underscore hack. For those who dont know the under score hack is this

 _border: 0;

and that would only work in IE.

So it looks great but how can I make my css valid.

Would you mind posting the url?! I have never seen the need to "hack" a border for IE!?
