hello ,if new website ..anyone know how we get good page rank as quick in google.

It's the classic question thats asked again and again!
As Mike says the way to achieve good page rank is to have classically good and original content. People will naturally link to good content, the more (natural) links are built to your site the more traffic... the more page rank. Remember to pay attention to on-page SEO factors too. Relevant link exchange helps a bit, rather try to get as many as one way relevant links for your site for gaining better PR.
