ImageReady rollovers

Hi,

I am using Imageready rollovers and this is my first time. What I wanted is a text to come out when the cursor rolls over a slice. I created rollover state Over and put the text when it is selected. However, it was annonying that the text appeared also in the main slice. ( ie when the user does NOT roll over, the text is still present ). Can anyone help me with this problem? I am at my wits end trying to get this figured out and I have tried it numerous times already. Merci vous.

I've never used Imageready before... But I don't see why this is so difficult. Can you show us what you've done?

why not just code it in? Much easier and faster. Or if you don't know how use Dreamweaver.

Faster? How long has it taken you to do this? Usually takes me about 3 seconds to type it out. [:P] . Sorry, ever since Sirkent introduced me to ActionScript I have gone the program way over images. I don't like images. Just look at my site, hardly any images. lol, but that's ok we all have our own preferences, that's what makes us individuals and also seperates our designs from the other person's design.

I'm so sorry. I got some nasty infection and was ill with a terrible fever for quite a long while. Here is my photoshop file. I hope that those who download it won't use it for their own purposes..

sorry mate, my computer died. Well my internet connection and all my USB ports went down on it. Think the lightning might have hit it. But it should be better in a couple of days. I'll see what I can do then.
