Problem Deleting Files
I am running a Linux server with Cpanel and WHM and one of the sites has been hacked and had a spoof paypal site installed, when I try to delete the files it says you don't have permissions whoever did this obviously knows something I don't somehow the folder and all the files under it has been locked and cannot be deleted, does anyone know how to override this?

Can you post screen shots of the messages you are getting and how you are trying to delete them. Are you trying to delete them though FTP or are you using your WHM?
