Better layout suggestion

Hello-
I was reading an older thread about someone who was having problems using tables as a key layout tool... Rob (Webforumz site admin) responded with the following information:

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to learn CSS/XHTML? Anyone have a favorite book, website, tutorials online, etc. that they could share?

Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Better layout suggestion

Any suggestions for learning XHTML?? I do understand what CSS are and how to use them (just haven't ever done it in practice!). I really know nothing about XHTML, so any help with finding some resources would be great!!

Re: Better layout suggestion

Edgee-
I'm confused to what this is?? Is it a paid service/subscription to get the template? The layout-o-matic function is cool, but how can it help me?

Maybe I'm clueless... Thanks for your comment!

Re: Better layout suggestion

Well i thought it would come in handy for you to see a few examples of css layouts. You can just choose the one you want and down load the source code to play with. Thats the way i learn things. pull it apart, swap things around and see what happens when you change things.
