I use Photoshop to design the template and cut it up into images. Then I use dreamweaver to slice the whole lot together, although I haven't yet delved into CSS design much yet.

Yeah... I've got photoshop, but, haven't a clue where to begin... Ive got some books so will look into that..

I am completely lacking inspiration, and motivation at the moment. I've looked on the internet for sites that I like and there is nothing! I don't like all these blokefied blue and grey with all the pages split into boxes for text at all. When I do a search for templates, this is all that comes back to me.

I'm really fed up - can you tell lol.

Ok... moan over.... back to the drawing board...

dont look for templates, as you know you'll just find a load of sh*te, the following sites are always updated with cool sites to visit which you can get inspiration from:

I tend to use Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro to design and cut it all up, and then off to Homesite or Notepad to stick it all together.

i slice it using my own slicing skills with cropping and stuff ... lol ... the long way

I use photoshop to create the graphics and design and front page to change the content. Although I've heard dreamweaver is one of the best, I've just found it easier to use FP probably becus ive used it since i was 10.
