Graphic Creation Question

Hi Guys,

Can someone tell me what graphics program can create the following image (Houston Texans BullHorn Logo):

If it's Photoshop, what is the proceedure to create that layered effect.

It's just a drop shadow. Look it up in the Photoshop help for details on using it (I'd help more but it's different depending on the PS version you've got).

yep, just a shadow. You could draw the Blue and Red then put a "stroke" Blending Effect on the layer giving it the white... then put a shadow effect too... or you could just draw the white and do the shadow effect.

Thanks guys.... it's PS 5. Is there another program out there (inexpensive) that performs this outlined layered effect...that is also easy to use. As you can tell I'm a newbie and don't have extensive use of PS. I use a Adobe product that came out and disappeared 6 years ago called Image Styler. I love the program because it gives you a sample template of effects to choice from...making it mucho easy....unfortunately it does have this effect in it's template. Any suggesions on an alternative program would be appreciated.

PS 5 will do it.

Paint Shop Pro does it very easily
