Have you guys noticed something lately. I get many requests a day to swap links. I'm all for it if it's related somehow to my site. But this is what I've been getting lately.
They want to swap links for this site:

That above page has a PR of 4 ....Then they offer to put MY link on this page....

Which has a PR of 2

I wonder how many people are falling for this type of link swapping?
