You are so funny...lol. Make a different version of the logo. What you do is this.
1. File, Import, Import to stage... Find the picture and click import.
2. Select all of the picture and hit F8 on your keyboard. Select the "Movie Clip" bubble and type a name for the object like logo_mc.
3. Now select frame 30. Hit F6 on your keyboard. This inserted you a keyframe to work with.
4. Now deselect everything by clicking in the grey area of the stage. Then click the logo, and in the properties panel you should see "Color None." Select that drop down and select tint. Play around with the settings and get everything like you want it.
5. Now right click frame 1 and select "Create Motion Tween."
Now the object is going to tween from the original color to the new color. You can play around with the tween settings and change how fast it tweens...etc. Also you can create multiple keyframes to have it tween from color to color. This can also be done via ActionScript, but since you are a newbie that might be a little harder.
Edit: I see this question has already been answered in the flash forum, oh well, I guess that is what I get for not checking the flash forum like Linda suggested. Here is my answer anyway...lol.
