Flashkit is indeed a good resource for various Flash tutorials, movies, sounds, etc.

Another good site is http://www.actionscript.org/ but naturally this site focuses on actionscript as opposed to standard Flash GUI tutorials.

I'm sure if you search on Google you'll find more tutorial sites, but these 2 tend to be the best known ones.
