Click to activate

Why does some computer have to click the entire flash movie once to activate any interactive elements, like a menu? Is there a way to provide this. People that are not aware of this press one time and wait for something to happen, but they have to click one more time.

Scott already posted the solution...lol, in fact I even wrote a solution a while back. But it does not work with flash 8, need to write another one...lol.
