Hi,

I want to bed embed a blog into a web page so that content can be uploaded by the owner. I want to do this on two pages one is a news blog the other is for posting mp3 downloads of a radio show.

I have roughly set up the page which can be viewed here.. (Blog to replace the yellow scrolling table)

Can anyone reccomend a blogging program that will allow me to do this or any other way around it?
